Acceptance

By registering or using Daneh, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent your business to create an account and use Daneh.

User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
• All activities performed under your account.

Subscription

Daneh is provided as a subscription service. The following applies:

• Features and user limits depend on the selected plan.
• Subscription fees are billed according to your active subscription period.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or business information.

Customer Data

All business data entered into Daneh (including menus, customers, orders, and sales data) remains the property of the customer.

By using Daneh, you authorize us to securely store and process your data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, Daneh does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Infrastructure upgrades
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events

We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, source code, designs, logos, and platform content are the intellectual property of Daneh and its licensors.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission from Daneh.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daneh shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption or loss of profits
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data arising from use or inability to use the platform

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you during the previous twelve (12) months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of Daneh following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Daneh operates.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
